Welcome to Mind, Heart, Play, Therapy a play based approach to supporting children. At Mind Heart Play, my goal is to come alongside you to set goals and facilitate change in a safe and nurturing therapeutic relationship.

I specialize in child centered play therapy for children ages 3-11 and spent many years providing counseling in elementary schools. Parent Child Interaction Therapy, a coaching model where parent and child participate in therapy together.

I am trained in Safe EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) a therapy that helps clients find relief and healing from trauma memories.
